1. Which methods of payment do you accept?
We can take payments from all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Solo and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal.
2. Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy stuff from you?
Nope. PayPal are our current payment processor as they are safe and secure. You can pay through them by using any of the above mentioned payment methods and you do not need an account with them to do so.
3. Is ordering through your website secure?
Yes. All orders are paid through PayPal's payment gateway. We will never see your card details and neither will anyone else.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship to anywhere in the world infact. It takes a little while longer, obviously.
5. What do I do if my shirt doesn't fit?
Lose weight? No, you can send it back to us within 7 days and we'll send you a replacement. For full details please see our returns policy HERE.
6. Do you sell your shirts at wholesale prices?
Yes, we do. This is still being finalised and details will be available shortly.
7. Can I collect my order from you rather than wait for the Postman?
No. We cannot arrange a time to meet you as we're very busy bees.
8. Help! My shirt hasn't arrived! What shall I do?
Don't panic. Send us an email and we'll track the order for you to find out where it's gone. Although ideally you should wait a few days to see if it turns up first.
9. Do you have a physical shop that I could break into look around?
No. We are solely based online at this time.
10. Can you design me a one-off shirt just for me, because I'm special?
Absolutely not.
