We will gladly offer a refund or an exchange for any unwanted items returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. If you would like to return an item to us then there are a few things you need to do.
1. Please make sure that your item is unworn and unwashed.
All items returned to us must be in the exact same condition you received them in. We will not accept any item for a refund or an exchange if we feel that it is in any way different to the condition in which it was sent.
2. Contact us beforehand to let us know of the problem.
We will respond to your email and let you know your options from this point.
We may also supply you with a reference number for future correspondence.
3. It is your responsibilty to return the item.
Just as it was ours to send it. Please make sure that you are happy with the delivery method chosen. For instance, you may feel happier to send it via recorded delivery and track it's progress. It's up to you.
You are also responsible for the cost of this delivery and we will not refund your postage fees for an exchange or refund unless the items have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty in some way.
4. You MUST return your item within 7 days from receipt.
We will not offer refunds or exchanges unless items are returned within this period and the above guidelines are followed. If you feel you are an exceptional circumstance then please contact us to see if we can help.
We will happily cover the costs of sending out your replacement items. Please allow the usual time for delivery. We will only offer an exchange once, so please make sure you are selecting the correct item for your replacement.
